  I've been going to JB Juice and Coffee for years for Boba. I always get a Carmel Milk tea with regular boba. My mom gets their yogurt with strawberry and mango with mango popping boba. My husband gets something new every time and has yet to be disappointed! Prices are reasonable and the staff is nice
  
  Only down side is their bathroom is always "out of order"   It has been for 5+ years

  9/8/2019 Update:
  We are actually two different people with two different orders. Once again, you're quick to assume instead of trying to resolve the situation.
  
  The first incident was never addressed when the man at your store simply told me "it (a milk tea) has already been made" when we actually asked for a smoothie. But then again, you also never explained why you YELL AT YOUR CUSTOMERS on the phone and hang up on them.
  
  But no worries, you can definitely keep that $10 along with your seemingly growing reputation of being one of the rudest boba place here in North County. Your product isn't gold nor is it a necessity; money isn't what we care about. You're just rude business owners who don't own up to your behavior.
  
  To everyone reading this:
  If you want better customer service (or just not to be treated rudely), other options are:
  
  Pho Ha - I've only had their Taro there.
  TNL Boba
  Tapioca Express
  
  These places might even be not that stingy that their bathrooms are actually available for customers instead of having a sign of out of order, constantly.

  This place is ridiculous when when it comes to getting the order done CORRECTLY. The first time we ordered there and asked for taro smoothie, he made it into a milk tea. When we complained when it was handed to us, he just said that it's already been made...meaning we should just accept their mistake.
  
  Today (9/7/19) we ordered through door dash and it was once again made into a milk tea, this time, not even putting any BOBA in both orders! We called and explained that they're very inconsistent because they sometimes put boba and sometimes they don't. And the lady started yelling on the phone. She even hung up on us! We are done ordering from them and I hope that other see also HOW RUDE these people are.

  I've been looking at this spot for a while now. Stopped by after my workout at 24 hour. (Yes, I know that wasn't such a smart idea.)
  
  Drinks are a little bit more pricey than what I'm used to but not by a lot. I ordered an Avocado Smoothie with extra boba. When I said extra, they put extra. Half of the cup was boba! The texture was soft and the flavor of it was good, so I know it was still pretty fresh. The Avocado smoothie was thick, and not too sweet. I did have little pieces of the Avocado skin in my drink, which I'm not too sure if that's how they purposely make it?
  
  There was no food that they make there, but they do sell little snacks for cheap!

  Customer service is great.
  
  Ordered a green smoothie. It was good.
  Ordered a latte and it was the worst one I've ever tasted in my life. I'm pretty sure they used non dairy creamer in it. For sure not worth 4 bucks. Do not come here for coffee.
  
  Bathroom is broken. No wifi. Not really a great place to chill or work or study. Very limited seating too.

  I ordered a large persimmon smoothie with boba. You can taste real persimmon and see bits of real fruit in the drink. I love persimmon but was a bit hesitant to drink persimmon. Turns out not too strange. For those of you who haven't tried persimmon before, the flavor reminds me of pumpkin but much sweeter and with a nutty twist.
  The boba balls were coated with honey but they were more tough than chewy.
  Great, friendly service. I would love to come back to try their other artistic flavors!
